What we collect

  • Account info — your name and email address via Google OAuth (managed by Clerk).
  • Conversations — messages you exchange with your agent are stored to provide conversation.
  • Agent memory — a short memory of your preferences and context to personalize responses.
  • Gmail (optional) — if you connect Gmail, we request read-only access to fetch snippets of your emails.
  • Telegram (optional) — if you connect Telegram, we store Telegram chat ID to deliver proactive messages.
  • Usage data — product analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog, which may be associated with your account or internal identifiers.

How we use your data

  • To operate the service — storing conversations, running your agent, and delivering proactive messages. Your messages are sent to AI model providers (OpenAI, Google) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • To improve the product — product analytics via PostHog to understand feature usage and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Model providers (e.g., OpenAI) — AI model that process your messages.
  • Neon — database hosting for your conversations and agent data.
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
  • Upstash — background job scheduling.
  • PostHog — product analytics associated with account or internal identifiers.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

You can disconnect Gmail and Telegram at any time from your account settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
